What is Lobby Club?
Lobby Club is an iPhone app that helps tennis players find partners at their level, set up singles and doubles matches, discover nearby courts, and keep track of their games — all without the endless group-chat back-and-forth.
How do I create an account?
Open the app and sign in with Apple or Google. From there, set your skill level, playing style and availability so the right players can find you. You can edit your profile any time.
How does Lobby Club match me with players?
Lobby Club suggests players and open rallies near you based on your location and skill level, so games are competitive rather than lopsided. You can also start your own rally and invite specific people.
What's the difference between singles and doubles rallies?
A singles rally is a one-on-one match; a doubles rally is a four-player game. When you set one up, Lobby Club walks you through choosing when, where, the level, and who to invite, then keeps everyone's confirmation in sync.
Why does Lobby Club ask for location, contacts, or notifications?
Each permission powers a specific feature, and every one is optional:
- Location shows courts and rallies near you.
- Contacts helps you find friends already on Lobby Club.
- Notifications send match reminders and updates.
- Calendar adds confirmed matches so you don't miss them.
- Photos/Camera let you set a profile picture.

How do I log a match result?
After a match, Lobby Club prompts you to add the score. Your results build your match history, record and stats over time.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app's settings, or email us at hello@lobbyclub.app and we'll take care of it. Deleting your account removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Is Lobby Club free?
Yes — Lobby Club is free to download and use. If we add any paid features in future, we'll make the details clear before you're charged.
Which devices does Lobby Club support?
Lobby Club is available on iPhone via the App Store. Make sure you're running a recent version of iOS for the best experience.
